As the Head of Growth / Marketing & Commercial Manager, you’ll lead our digital marketing, brand and content strategy, manage referral generation, and oversee external communications.
Your Role Will Include
* Designing and executing Healthproof’s growth strategy across NDIS, aged care, workers compensation and private channels
* Leading and coaching the Business Development Officer to meet referral and sales targets
* Overseeing digital marketing performance (website, SEO, paid ads, social media)
* Managing marketing projects and campaigns, including website revamps and major events
* Ensuring brand consistency and coordinating communications
* Tracking and reporting on KPIs, ROI and campaign performance
* Managing freelancers and contractors across SEO, content, design and social media
About You
* 5+ years in marketing, sales leadership or growth roles (ideally in healthcare or allied health)
* Strong digital marketing skills
* Experience setting and delivering KPIs and targets
* Comfortable with CRM and marketing tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.)
* Commercial mindset, excellent project management skills and a collaborative leadership style
