About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and driven individual to join our partnerships team, working directly under our Partnerships Director selling digital advertising, event partnerships, bespoke solutions, premium subscriptions and much more.
The Sales Executive role is exclusively B2B and is focused on connecting growing businesses in the property industry with Australia's largest and most engaged community of property professionals.
The role has a national focus and encompasses the full breadth of property sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, hotel and more.
The partnerships team works very closely with the CEO and is closely affiliated with all business units, including editorial, events, digital and corporate.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Partnerships Director to develop and execute on the strategic direction of company
Promptly and professionally respond to inbound leads generated by the marketing team with a view to establishing a meeting and preparing a sales proposal
Actively identify and reach out to organisations that would benefit from advertising partnerships and other marketing solutions
Build genuine and meaningful relationships with individuals and businesses with a view to establishing a commercial relationship
Prepare considered, concise and professional proposals for prospective customers that align the marketing objectives of the client with our suite of products
Prepare accurate and professional order forms that capture the inclusions, pricing and terms with customers for processing by the accounts team
Monitor the processing of invoices in association with the accounts team to ensure timely payment. Where required, liaise directly with the client to assist the accounts team
Work closely with the Partnership Director and accounts management team to deliver integrated campaigns for clients
Work closely with existing clients to renew and grow their campaigns and marketing expenditure
Monitor product inventory through the diligent management of internal worksheets and systems
Input customer information into an internal CRM to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
Work closely with the marketing team to refine, optimise and grow the performance of marketing initiatives
Identify areas for professional development and work to improve through training and learning
What We Are Looking For
Is driven, proactive and passionate about the property industry
Is organised, self-motivated, diligent and undersells/overdelivers
Is comfortable building relationships with new people and continuing existing ones
Feeds off a fast-paced, high-performance working environment
Has a minimum of two years direct media sales, agency or sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (e.g. Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, etc)
Has A+ written and verbal communication skills
Possesses the highest levels of integrity, honesty and a hunger to learn
Experience with Google Analytics and CRM platforms
Ideally, has existing relationships in the property industry and can hit the ground running
