About the Role
You will be responsible for conducting a range of occupational health assessments in a professional and client-focused environment, including:
* Pre-employment medicals
* Drug & alcohol testing
* Spirometry and audiometry testing
* Health surveillance assessments
* Functional and fitness assessments
Additional responsibilities may include:
* Assisting with medical bookings and scheduling
* General administration support
* Medical quality checking and document review
* Following up outstanding medical information and reports
* Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse
* Degree-level nursing qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service skills and cultural awareness
* A commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and best practice
* Good understanding of Workplace Health & Safety principles
* Current Australian Driver’s Licence
* Strong computer skills and confidence using online medical platforms
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Highly desirable:
* Previous experience in occupational health
* Accreditation or experience in:
o Spirometry
o Audiometry
o Drug & Alcohol testing
