Senior Legal Leadership Opportunity
This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing the legal function of an organization, providing strategic legal advice and operational oversight.
* Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
* Provide strategic legal counsel to executive teams on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
* Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of significant contracts, including vendor, partnership, and customer agreements.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, including telecommunications, privacy, consumer, and employment legislation.
* Support mergers and acquisitions activity, corporate governance, and board reporting as required.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed legal risk management into business processes.
* Represent the organization in regulatory investigations and manage external counsel relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8–10 years post-qualification legal experience, combining top-tier private practice and in-house roles. They will have proven leadership experience managing legal teams, demonstrated expertise in advising senior executives and boards on complex legal matters, and a strong track record in commercial contract negotiation, corporate governance, and risk management.
