We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join our office based, in Coolangatta. The Procurement Coordinator reports to the Head of Procurement and Facilities. The role ensures the delivery of efficient and effective procurement and contract services that are professional, and customer focused. This is achieved through strict adherence to applicable legislative standards as well as Feros Care's approved policies, programs, and procedures.
Additionally, the role involves providing comprehensive support to all organisational stakeholders, ensuring that procurement and contract processes align with the overall goals and operational requirements of the organisation.
This is a permanent full-time role based in our Coolangatta office.
Here's what a typical day might look like for you:
* Coordinate the on-boarding of new suppliers and contractors
* Sourcing new suppliers and contractors for the organisation
* Establish and maintain positive business partnerships with contractors and suppliers
* Assist in the administration of Contracts, Tenders, and Procurement services across the business
* Assist in the development of effective controls in-line with contract management
About YOU:
* Strong stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Great time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Confident and clear communicator, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience working in a similar Procurement/Purchasing role is essential
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel supported by Tech 1 experience preferable
