Senior Reward Manager
This role focuses on overseeing and developing reward processes, including market benchmarking, job evaluation, annual compensation reviews, equity programme management, and project-based initiatives tied to business transformation.
Serving as a trusted advisor to line leaders on remuneration and benefits matters is key to this position. The successful candidate will need to have strong technical skills, from job levelling to salary reviews, and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of remuneration experience in either consulting or within a corporate environment. A consultative approach, combined with natural curiosity, independence, and a desire to work in a fast-evolving context, are essential qualities for success in this role.
