What you'll do

In this role you will provide financial and administrative support across procurement, asset and equipment management, software licensing, budgeting and accounts processing. You will maintain accurate records for assets, equipment and software to ensure compliance and data integrity. You will deliver high-quality customer service, including preparing quotes and responding to enquiries. You will also support team operations and contribute to improving business processes and procedures.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:

Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.

Knowledge of policies and practices relating to asset management, procurement and records management.

Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn Service Now and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes (primarily incident / configuration management).

Ability to deliver high quality ICT services to clients of eHealth Queensland, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
