Overview
We're looking for a full-time, motivated and energetic Graphic Designer to join our team in O'Connor. This diverse, creative role supports our growing portfolio of café brands across Australia, with hands-on opportunities in print, digital, and social media marketing.
A successful applicant will be digitally proficient, with experience managing print production, social media channels, and rolling out marketing campaigns from start to finish. Collaboration is key to the role, alongside the ability to interpret briefs, follow multiple brand guidelines, manage time effectively, and deliver work with high attention to detail.
What you'll bring to the team
ExperienceMinimum 4 years' experience in graphic design, marketing, and social media management, ideally within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
Tech SkillsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, social media scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office 365.
OrganisedStrong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple brands and campaigns.
CollaborativeExcellent communication skills with a proactive, team-first attitude.
Detail-OrientedA keen eye for detail and a passion for producing polished, high-quality creative and social content.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic DesignCreate engaging digital and print materials, including social media content, campaign assets, EDMs, and menus.
Social Media ManagementPlan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages where required, and support community growth while maintaining each brand's tone of voice.
Digital CampaignsProgram and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms—including Meta, Google, and applications—ensuring timely rollout and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
CollaborationWork closely with the Marketing Manager and Administration Manager to develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and deliver high-quality artwork and content on time.
Brand ConsistencyEnsure all design and social media output aligns with each brand's visual identity, messaging, and tone.
Production & DistributionCoordinate timely production and rollout of digital and physical creative assets across social media, websites, apps, and in-store platforms.
Digital UpdatesKeep digital collateral current across websites, Google Business listings, mobile apps, digital menu boards, and social channels. Manage promotional offers and customer automations across apps and POS systems.
Reporting & InsightsPrepare and share campaign and social media performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Bonus Skills
Experience managing multiple social media accounts
