Job Description This role sits within the Finance team at JB and is responsible for accurate and timely processing of rebate claims and SBT RCTI claims, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
This position supports the Finance team by managing high-volume invoices and It plays a critical role in maintaining up-to-date supplier information, monitoring aged receivables, and providing accurate reporting to facilitate smooth operations and compliance.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Processing high volume Rebate claims.
Processing weekly SBT invoices Managing the rebates inbox and replying to supplier queries Assisting in the management of 3rd party buying group rebates and reconciliation of bank deposits and RCTI's Maintaining and updating supplier files, including name or address changes, and contact details Liaise with Buying/Merchandising teams and suppliers to resolve aging claims and ensure timely clearing of rebates.
Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding rebate-related matters Maintaining and updating working spreadsheets and database Use of supplier Invoice portal Supporting the Rebates team as required
