Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting, as well as cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers, cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, wrap and package prepared meats, remove bones from meat, weigh meats for sale, price meat products and sell meats to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Setting: Butcher shop
