About the Role
Follow our provenRoad to a Saleprocess from greeting to delivery.
Manage enquiries with speed and professionalism, both online and in-person.
Conduct detailed customer needs analysis and present tailored vehicle solutions.
Upsell finance, warranty, and aftermarket products to maximise every opportunity.
Complete accurate CRM documentation for every interaction.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring an exceptional handover experience.
Maintain deep product knowledge across a wide variety of prestige brands.
Qualifications
Currently aNew Car Executiveor experienced prestige sales professional.
Process-driven with proven success following a structured sales approach.
Strong closer with the ability to maximise every lead.
Well-presented, professional, and confident in building rapport quickly.
Competitive and results-oriented, with a winning attitude.
Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
Full driver's licence.
