Key Qualifications and Skills
* Windows OS Troubleshooting: Proficient in Windows OS troubleshooting with extensive experience in handling system issues.
* Active Directory Management: Skilled in active directory management, including adding and removing users, managing permissions, and directory structuring effectively.
* Microsoft Office 365 Support: Experienced in Microsoft Office 365 support, providing assistance with installations, updates, and troubleshooting for end users.
* Remote Desktop Tools: Competent in using remote desktop tools to provide offsite support to users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
* Network Connectivity: Able to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless networking and communication in the organization.
* Hardware Diagnostics and Repairs: Capable of performing hardware diagnostics and repairs, addressing various device malfunctions and maintaining equipment efficiency.
* Asset Management: Knowledgeable in asset management, including tracking and management of IT assets to optimize resource utilization.
* Imaging and Reimaging: Experience with imaging and reimaging, simplifying setup processes for end-user devices and maintaining system integrity.
