The Opportunity Reporting into senior project leadership, you will assume full responsibility for site execution across structural steel projects, overseeing all aspects of safety, programme, subcontractor performance, and quality. You will operate as the senior on-site authority — coordinating trades, managing interfaces with engineering and project teams, and ensuring works are delivered in line with contractual and technical requirements. Key Accountabilities · End-to-end management of day-to-day site operations · Leadership of subcontractors to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets · Implementation of WHS systems and promotion of a strong safety culture · Programme management, inspections, reporting, and risk mitigation · Liaison with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain alignment · Oversight of workmanship and compliance with drawings and specifications · Delivery of toolbox talks and proactive site engagement About You You are a confident, commercially aware Site Manager with a track record of delivering construction or installation projects to a high standard.
