The Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead front-end programming and portfolio-level planning across a large and complex pipeline of projects.
This role is focused on creating clarity at the front end developing high-level programs, defining critical paths, and ensuring delivery dates are realistic, aligned, and clearly communicated.
Working closely with senior leadership and project teams, the Program Manager will play a key role in shaping portfolio priorities, uplifting programming capability, and providing strategic oversight rather than day-to-day project management.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage high-level programs across a large multi-project pipeline.
Define and clearly communicate critical paths, key approvals, and delivery milestones.
Translate limited early-stage information into structured, deliverable programs.
Prioritise projects and align sequencing across the broader portfolio.
Support and mentor Project Managers in program development and critical path thinking.
Provide concise, high-level program reporting to senior leadership.
Oversee one to two projects per year from an independent, end-to-end perspective as required.
About You Senior Planner, Programmer, or Program Manager with strong front-end programming experience.
Background in construction, fit out, or development environments managing multiple concurrent projects.
Experience with hospitality or retail projects desirable but not essential.
Highly skilled in critical path analysis and high-level program development.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to "zoom out" to see the broader picture.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, pragmatic, and commercially aware.
