About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our riders. This includes helping them acquire the skills they need to use our e-bikes safely and efficiently, as well as troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our store operations run smoothly and that our customers have an excellent experience.


Main Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our riders
* Help riders acquire the skills they need to use our e-bikes safely and efficiently
* Troubleshoot any issues riders may encounter with our e-bikes
* Ensure store operations run smoothly
* Meet sales goals by selling our products to riders
* Continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures within the store
* Stay on top of new policies, procedures, and programs that affect riders
* Work in close partnership with the bike mechanic team
* Work in close partnership with the country operations manager


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or operations environment
* Confidence and ability to work autonomously and deliver results
* Fantastic communication skills and customer service skills
* Ability to create good relationships with peers in other locations digitally and by phone
* Strong attention to detail and ability to learn and use online systems
* Capable of multitasking or working under pressure from customers
* Able to identify, solve issues and take ownership to resolve them
* Capable of building trusting relationships with customers and suppliers
