Contract: 6 12 months, with the possibility to extend
A relaxed, kind and welcoming family in Logan Village, QLD is looking for an easy going, caring nanny to support Mum at home with her two young boys, aged 3 years and 3 months. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with babies, enjoys being part of the rhythm of family life, and is happy to work alongside a parent who is home full time.
Days Hours
* Monday: 9:00 am 3:00 pm
* Thursday: 9:00 am 3:00 pm
This is a mother s helper style position, where you ll be supporting Mum with the baby throughout the day so she can work from home.
Typical responsibilities include:
* Helping with naps, nappy changes and playtime
* Supporting feeding once the baby starts solids
* Caring for the 3-year-old when needed
* Keeping play areas tidy
* Child-related laundry and light housework (never heavy cleaning)
* Generally being a helpful extra set of hands
They also have a friendly cat at home
Requirements
* 3+ years experience caring for young babies (essential)
* Childcare qualification preferred but not required
* Current First Aid CPR
* Current Blue Card
* Non-smoker
* Comfortable working closely alongside a parent at home
* Full drivers licence preferred (for emergencies only)
