MYtech Consulting Services is a growing IT service provider, providing services to public and private sector clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change & Communication Analyst for a 12‐month contract within NTG. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Change and Communication Analyst will work in a coordinated approach to deliver a number of activities to support the eRostering project.

Essentials Skills and Experience

* Over 2 years' experience in a Change and Communication Analyst or similar role.
* Experience delivering complex business change within large-scale transformational programs.
* Minimum 2 years of hands‐on communication experience across fast‐paced and geographically dispersed projects, with strong design skills using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, intranet tools, Adobe Pro/Illustrator, and other IT tools.
* Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and building collaborative relationships to support effective change adoption.
* Proven ability to develop high quality communication materials tailored for diverse audiences and channels.
* Ability to apply change management principles, tools, and techniques to support program outcomes.
* Experience supporting business readiness activities and executing communication strategies.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to identify delivery risks and implement suitable mitigation strategies; formal change management qualifications are desirable.

Desirable Skills and Experience

* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or Communications) and/or professional certification in a recognised Change Management methodology (e.g., Prosci, Association of Change Management Professionals, or Change Management Institute) or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.

Candidate Requirements

* National Police Clearance (mandatory).
* PF166 (mandatory).
* High level social and written skills with the ability to communicate with team members effectively and stakeholders, including the ability to translate complex analytical and technical information into clear and meaningful terms.
* Ability to work in a large team environment with members of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
* Self‐starter with high personal drive, resilience and a positive attitude.
* Disciplined and accountable for supporting and maintaining work products.
* Behaves in a respectful and professional manner, maintaining high integrity and transparency when delivering work.
* Excellent problem solver and critical thinker.
* Promotes teamwork and collaboration by engaging stakeholders and team members.
* Services Personnel are also expected to abide (and confirm they will) by the DCDD Corporate Values of commitment to service, innovation, ethical practice, accountability, impartiality, diversity and respect.
