By joining the Tech team, you'll play a key role in building our all-in-one business management platform.The RoleAs a developer, you will collaborate with other developers, quality analysts, and business analysts to enhance capabilities of the SME platform and Public API products in an inclusive environment.You will be involved in researching, analyzing, and implementing improvements to the SME Platform and contributing to our modernization journey.Work with your peers to drive continuous improvement in our engineering practices while collaborating to provide a more secure, stable, and high-performing platform.You will receive mentorship and support from experienced professionals in the software industry.The Skills You'll NeedProficiency in programming with .NET, C#, Typescript, React, with ongoing support to improve your skillsExperience developing web services and integrating with third-party web servicesExperience deploying cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services, following best practices for scalability, resilience, and recoveryKnowledge of TDD, DevOps, Clean Code, and Event-Driven ArchitectureDemonstrable experience with intermediate to advanced programming conceptsOpenness to learning other languages and frameworks supporting our technical directionExperience using modern CI/CD tools and best practicesOur Culture & BenefitsOur values have stood the test of time.
