About the opportunity: At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you'll help create cherished moments and better health outcomes for residents each day.
- Support person-centred care by respecting individual preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.
- Follow organisational policies and procedures that align with quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and audits.
- Report risks, incidents, and contribute to a safe care workplace.
- Collaborate with RNs, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Conduct clinical assessments and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Support residents with nutrition and hydration needs.
- Support residents' rights to privacy, dignity, and independence.
What you'll bring: You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
- Current EEN registration with AHPRA
- Experience in aged care preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check.
