The Opportunity
Join our Organisational Capability & Experience team and play a pivotal role in enabling Stockland's strategic aspirations. Reporting to the Senior Organisational Capability & Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in end-to-end projects—from design to delivery—across learning and development, culture, leadership, engagement, diversity & inclusion, and early careers. With strong strategic alignment and a clear mandate to support Stockland's new strategy, this role offers depth, variety, and impact.
You'll also benefit from exceptional leadership and mentorship, with a team rich in experience across talent development, learning, and organisational effectiveness—providing a fantastic environment for growth.
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and design impactful solutions.
Deliver organisational development and learning initiatives end-to-end.
Use data and insights to measure success and inform decisions.
Apply agile and human-centred design to co-create experiences.
Facilitate workshops and drive change adoption across the business.

Experience & Skills That Count
Experience in organisational development, learning and development, or employee experience roles.
Proven track record in project management and delivery of organisational development and learning initiatives.
Strong consulting and partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
Skilled in designing and facilitating learning programs and workshops.
Ability to use data to create insights and measure impact.
Experience in change management and agile delivery environments is desirable.
