About The Role
As part of the Customer Service team in Tullamarine (VIC), you'll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
Your day-to-day
A Typical Day Will Involve
* Check stock availability and provide accurate price quotations, order status updates, and technical information for general sales enquiries
* Coordinate externally sourced stock purchasing and ensure timely, accurate data entry into the system
* Maintain proper documentation for all related tasks
* Manage the quotation follow-up process to support customer satisfaction and sales efficiency
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, the Act, and other regulatory requirements
Role Requirements
* Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
* Might not have experience in this space, but is willing to learn
* Coordinate large infrastructure projects across QLD
* Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
* Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
