As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role supporting the Facilities Management team across IFM Investors' portfolio of retail and commercial assets in QLD. Based out of our Mango Hill office, you will help ensure buildings operate smoothly, safely and efficiently while building strong foundations for a long‐term career in FM.

In this role, you will:
* Support the day‐to‐day operations of retail and commercial properties across the IFM Investors portfolio
* Coordinate planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities
* Conduct site inspections where possible, travel to FNQ quarterly as required
* Assist with compliance reporting and organise contractor access
* Process purchase orders, invoices and vendor documentation, and maintain asset registers
* Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, clients and building users
About You
* Some experience in facilities, property, building operations or a related field is preferred; we are open to people with transferable experience looking for their first step into property
* An understanding of building services is beneficial including Risk management, Incident Management and Contractor management
* Strong customer service and relationship‐building skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
* Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
