The Role: In-store Stock Controller | Miranda
* Responsible for the effective management, replenishment and storage of stock in-store with a core focus on process management to ensure workflow is optimised at all times.
* Oversee and lead the team to ensure replenishment is completed from back of house to shop floor.
* Lead from the front and oversee the team to accept and complete incoming stock the same day it arrives.
* Oversee and lead the team to ensure all outgoing stock is being completed with accuracy and speed.
* Educate and promote stock integrity and loss prevention, to ensure it is held as the highest priority to all team members.
* Create and maintain all OHS protocol relating to stock management to ensure the safety of the store and team.

On your first day we'd expect you to already have:
* 1+ years experience as an in-store stock controller OR warehouse team member with strong experience in managing high volume incoming and outgoing stock
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills
* Incredible attention to detail
* Enjoys physical activity and leading from the front to get the job done
* Passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail through effective stock management, presentation and replenishment
* Dynamic and hands-on leadership, loves motivating and coaching a team to succeed whilst leading by example doing the same
* You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
* A passion for the DISSH brand and values.
