We are looking for experienced software engineers who are returning to work after a career break to join a structured, supported pathway. The program offers a paid 20‐week support period, induction and re‐onboarding, personalised coaching, professional development workshops, and a dedicated program manager.

* Paid 20‐week support program starting Monday 27 July 2026, with permanent contract following completion

What we're looking for
* Previous software engineering experience
* Background in C#, Java, or C++

Essential criteria
* Currently on a career break of 2 years or more
* Permanent Australian working rights at time of application
* Based in Sydney at time of application
