About The Role
This casual position requires flexible availability over 7 days. A valid driver's license is required as driving will be needed.
We strive to ensure each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.
As a Retail Assistant, your key focus includes:
* Maintain a safety focus to ensure your safety and that of your teammates and customers
* Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers
* Use strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance
* Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
* Process stock; receive, dispatch, and store
* Be an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member, contributing to a positive team culture
Note: this role requires lifting, bending, and climbing.
