The Role: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations with passion and precision. This role is perfect for a hands-on culinary expert who thrives in a bustling environment and excels in Italian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage kitchen service with energy and expertise.
* Deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
* Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
* Train and mentor all kitchen staff.
* Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service flow.
