Key Responsibilities:
* Manage booking and coordination tasks
* Handle phone call inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Process invoices efficiently and accurately
* Manage and organize Outlook emails
* Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
* Provide general administrative support, including filing and archiving
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a call centre or similar role
* Energetic, proactive, and highly organized
* Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence
