Position: Product Sales Specialist – Unica Location: Australia (Sydney/Melbourne) Job Description:We are currently hiring for a Product Sales Specialist (PSS) – Unica to join our team in Australia, preferably based out of Sydney or Melbourne. This is a direct sales, individual contributor role focused on acquiring new logos and expanding our customer base in the marketing technology domain. Key Responsibilities:Drive new business development by identifying and engaging with prospective clients across Australia, particularly in the marketing technology and enterprise space.Execute a direct sales strategy aimed at acquiring new logos, expanding market share, and increasing revenue.Engage CXO-level stakeholders to understand their business needs and present Unica's Martech suite as a tailored solution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.Track industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of the Martech competitive landscape in the Australian market.Utilize CRM tools to manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure. Mandatory Skills & Experience:10 years of experience in enterprise software sales or Martech platforms, with a proven record of new customer acquisition and consistently exceeding sales targets.Prior experience working with large OEMs or Martech platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, SAP Emarsys, Braze, or Iterable.Exceptional ability to build and grow client relationships, especially within complex enterprise environments.Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a strategic and consultative approach to selling.Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data-driven decision making.Strong market understanding of Australia’s digital marketing and technology landscape. Preferred Background:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Previous experience in launching or scaling Martech solutions in the ANZ region is highly advantageous.
