We are seeking a
Regional Manager
to lead the Western Australian business and develop further opportunities for the business through securing and delivering water, wastewater, desalination and dewatering projects in the municipal and resource sectors within the state of Western Australia.

About The Role As the
Regional Manager WA
at Binnies you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operation of our business, manage client relationships and business development opportunities as well as being a project manager / director for the water infrastructure projects we secure. The primary responsibilities include:
Manage and grow the Binnies Western Australia team through securing work, delivering positive outcomes for our clients and maintaining team chargeability
Leadership of the overall coordination and production of multi-disciplinary appraisals and designs to deliver projects to the As‑Sold financial metrics or better
Assist in the preparation, development and management of proposals as well as assessing the technical and commercial risks of projects during the bidding process
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and to assist in formulating a scope of work that adds value to our customers and us
Provide guidance to the project delivery team in the planning, execution, monitoring of project controls in terms of scope, time, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder management, including contract management
About You
Proven experience in a leadership role and management of an engineering team in the Western Australian water industry
Professional qualification in Project Management and/or an engineering discipline
Proven ability to plan, execute, monitor and control projects in terms of scope, time, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder management
Leadership skills to manage and motivate project teams and create positive change
Knowledge of Earned Value Analysis to monitor project performance and produce accurate cost and spend profiles
Demonstrated customer‑facing success in project management, including liaison with internal and external clients to develop relationships
Excellent communicator with staff, clients, joint venture partners and stakeholders
