We're looking for a well‐organised, people‐focused Branch Manager to lead our Broome rental branch. If you have high energy levels, a passion for guest service, and love working with people from all walks of life, this could be your next adventure.
What you'll do
* Lead, recruit, train and guide a team of guest service specialists and vehicle maintenance crew.
* Foster a supportive, ethical, and inclusive work environment.
* Manage day‐to‐day rental operations, working closely with repairers and cleaning contractors to keep our fleet in top condition.
* Review and optimise processes to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
* Develop strategies that support strong KPI performance.
* Champion our culture and promote team engagement across all departments.
* Ensure guests have an outstanding experience and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
* Uphold workplace health and safety standards.
You'll be supported by our Regional Manager (based in Perth) with regular daily and weekly contact. This is a permanent position.
What you'll bring
* At least two years of people leadership experience, ideally in tourism, travel, or a similar fast‐paced environment.
* Mechanical knowledge or mechanical aptitude.
* Strong guest service experience.
* A successful track record in achieving sales targets.
* Effective complaint handling and conflict resolution skills.
* Excellent time management abilities.
* Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
* A calm and professional approach under pressure.
