Job Description
The ideal candidate will assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking food in all areas of the kitchen according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs, and given instructions.
This role involves participating in product development, training team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
The Demi Chef de Partie must maintain a professional and positive attitude towards team members and supervisors, adhere to established hotel rules and team member handbook, and ensure all team members under their supervision do so as well for the department to operate smoothly.
