In this role, you'll:
* Work closely with project stakeholders to support the planning and delivery of technology-related change across the business.
* Lead change impact assessments.
* Run stakeholder engagement sessions.
* Co-design, develop, and execute strategic change plans with the business.
* Prepare and deliver training needs assessments and plans.
You'll also balance different stakeholder needs across complex projects involving multiple divisions and locations. Make sound decisions on the best strategies and communication channels to ensure effective messaging.

About You
* Proven experience in change management, especially in leading digital transformation in complex environments.
* Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple projects at once.
* Skilled in using tools and technologies to ensure timely delivery of change.
* Organised and a confident communicator, both in writing and speaking, who enjoys engaging with different stakeholders.
* Able to clearly present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experienced in leading and coordinating Change Analysts and Specialists in a shared resource environment.
