Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content & Delivery
* Coordinate, create and publish written and video content for the DSC ANZ social media presence
* Support and manage content for senior leaders' LinkedIn accounts
* Ensure all social content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual standards
Strategy Execution & Planning
* Coordinate the delivery of the social media strategy to promote company vision, strategy and values
* Create, maintain and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring consistency and relevance
* Tailor content for general and targeted audiences to maximise reach and engagement
Engagement & Brand Support
* Support employee engagement programs through social media activity
* Support customer marketing initiatives with relevant, high-quality social content
* Contribute to maintaining strong brand positioning and awareness in the market
Performance & Optimisation
* Deliver against agreed social media KPI targets
* Monitor performance and engagement, using insights to refine and improve content over time

What You Bring to the Table
* Previous experience within a marketing or communications role, ideally within a B2B environment
* Proven experience delivering social media content for a brand-led organisation
* Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
* Experience creating or coordinating video and visual content
* A strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for both brand and executive presence
* The ability to manage content calendars and juggle multiple priorities with ease
* A practical, results-focused mindset with experience tracking and delivering against KPIs
* High attention to detail and a strong appreciation for brand consistency
