**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Finance Business Partner is responsible for supporting the redefinition of the Finance Business Partner role with the senior business stakeholders. Working as a trusted financial advisor, the Finance Business Partner will work with the business (including AOT, TFSS, Procurement, P&C, etc) to operationalise insights and recommendations from Finance, Strategy and Optimisation (FSO) and provide Management Accounting (MA) and FSO with key insights, requirements and commentary to add depth to analysis and modelling activities.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Recognised professional accounting qualification at degree level;
Membership of a recognised professional accounting association (at member or associate level); and Relevant skills, knowledge and experience
- Strong knowledge of, and experience working with finance systems for the purposes of creating insights and recommendations.
- Strong analytic skills with demonstrated experience translating insights into implementable recommendations.
- Stakeholder engagements skills, building trusted partnerships to optimise business outcomes.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.

**WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE**
This position offers a base salary of $147,873 p.a. plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
