. Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates. Responsibilities Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and enhance core company products, gaining hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems. Create and implement explicit, well-structured interface documentation for business modules to ensure smooth communication across teams. Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues flagged by our QA team, contributing to product quality and reliability. Partner with the Customer Support team to analyze and troubleshoot customer-reported challenges, providing insights to improve systems and user experience. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Solid Java foundation with understanding of frameworks such as multithreading and networking. Familiarity with Spring, Microservice frameworks, and their operation mechanisms. Experience with MySQL and common middleware like Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka. Good logical thinking, teamwork, and learning abilities. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Experience with open source projects is preferred.
