What You'll Be Doing
Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence while advocating for their individual needs.
Providing personalised care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment.
Transporting clients using our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress.
Being part of a fun, dynamic, and supportive team.
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
No prior experience required – just a willingness to learn and make a difference.
Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and active night shifts (with penalty rates).
A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
