About the Role
Trainee Finance & Insurance Consultant
* Full in-house training provided
* 5-day work week
* Learn all aspects of Automotive Finance, Insurance, and Aftercare
* Build your client base and grow into a high-performing Business Manager
Your responsibilities will include:
* Offering finance, insurance, and aftermarket products
* Providing outstanding customer service
* Building and maintaining client relationships
* Meeting and exceeding performance targets
* Liaising with lenders and business partners
* Maintaining compliance and documentation
Upon successful completion of the six-month training schedule, you will receive:
* Increase in base salary + uncapped commissions
* Fully maintained company vehicle
* Support with accreditations and certifications
* Ongoing career development and mentoring

Note: Upon completion of training, hours will be adjusted from 5-day work week to 11-day fortnight.
