We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join our client Singleton Council. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled operator looking to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
This role consist of full time hours on a casual/ temporary basis, Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm.
The length of this assignment will be 3 to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a variety of plant equipment in road and civil maintenance projects.
* Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment at all times.
* Support general labouring tasks as required.
* Work as part of a collaborative team to meet project deadlines.
* Adhere to all workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures.
Key Requirements:
* White Card – Essential
* HR or HC Licence – Essential
* Demonstrated experience operating a range of plant equipment such as:
* Skid steers
* Excavators
* Backhoes
* Rollers
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment
* Able to start ASAP
