About the Roles
Our clients are reputable organisations across Ballarat seeking experienced Finance professionals for temporary and permanent opportunities. Roles range from short-term assignments to ongoing positions and are ideal for candidates with strong Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, debt collection, payroll, reconciliations, petty cash, credit management, expense reimbursements, and GST/BAS experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Accounts Payable & Receivable – invoicing, receipting, approvals, reconciliations
* Debt collection and credit management
* Payroll processing and staff reimbursements
* Bank, credit card, petty cash and general ledger reconciliations
* Assisting with month-end, year-end, and GST/BAS reporting
* Maintaining accurate financial records in MYOB/Xero
* Managing supplier and customer account enquiries
* Other finance-related duties as required
To be successful, you will have:
* Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, reconciliations or related finance duties
* Strong MYOB or Xero skills
* Experience with debt collection, credit management, petty cash, expense reimbursements, and GST/BAS reporting
* High attention to detail, organisational skills, and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills and a reliable, positive attitude
