About the Role
This highly collaborative role will see you assisting with the day-to-day management of debtor accounts, managing debt recovery, and reconciliation of Cash on Delivery accounts. Duties include:
4. Liaising with sales/production teams regarding outstanding items and queries
5. Collecting and reconciling debtors and COD accounts
6. Processing credit applications by collating information, setting up new accounts, and actioning credit limit increases
7. Reviewing all inactive accounts and assessing their risk category
8. Assisting the Credit Manager with day-to-day management and month-end procedures
Requirements
9. Previous experience in Credit Control or supporting Accounts Receivable activies
10. Excellent communication and customer service skills
11. Strong general computer skills (must be proficient in Word and Excel)
12. Previous SAP experience is highly desirable but not essential
13. Must be able to work on-site in the Silverwater office 5 days per week

Terms
22. Must be able to work in the Silverwater office every day (due to the highly collaborative nature of the role)
23. Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
24. Paying approximately $70k-75k + super (commensurate with skills and experience)
