Job Description:

This is a permanent role based in Newcastle where you will play a key role in developing and delivering end-to-end learning programs that align with our organisational strategy.
">
You will consult and advise stakeholders to identify and manage learning needs. You will conduct learning needs analysis and design learning solutions using contemporary methodologies such as eLearning, virtual classroom, digital learning, facilitator led.
">
You will work with key stakeholders to create learning materials, tools, and resources to complement all facets of the employee lifecycle including induction and onboarding programs reviewing Individual Development Plans and facilitating internal workshops and programs.
">
Additionally, you will coordinate and facilitate focus groups, pilots and participate in project working groups by communicating progress issues and risks and contributing to business case creation.
">
Furthermore, you will co-design, manage and improve key learning infrastructure including learning management performance management content management system(s) learning governance service standards evaluation methods and reporting.
">
Also, you will respond to business queries and requests build and foster relationships with industry bodies government and Registered Training Organisations to understand accessibility and eligibility for funding and best practice content requirements.
">
Finally, you will be responsible for the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated content management systems coordinate learning events and manage vendors including licensing issuing purchase orders and invoicing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">

1. Expertise in administering a front and back-end Learning Management System(s)
">
2. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Office and SharePoint
">
3. Expertise in learning design tools and effective SCORM file management
">
4. Ability to facilitate virtual meetings and classrooms using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
">
5. Strong stakeholder management skills supporting a consultative decision-making process
">
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic working environment
">
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate requirements into practical and engaging learning designs
">
8. Project management skills prioritising and managing multiple complex tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines
">
9. Capability to work with third-party vendors for program creation
">
10. Generalist HR Knowledge including inputs and outputs of the employee lifecycle
">
11. Certificate IV Training and Assessment or working towards
">
12. Kirkpatrick Evaluation Certification highly desirable
