ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in our Balcatta head office, this role involves drafting services for bespoke home renovations and extensions. Project values range from $200,000 to over $2 million, covering a diverse mix of architectural styles, from character homes to contemporary designs.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Cert IV Residential Drafting (Required)
* Diploma of Building Design or Architecture qualification from a recognised institution. (Optional)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural concepts accurately
* Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Some knowledge of local building codes & regulations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
