S2M is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global group‑fitness and business and they're on the lookout for a Social Media Executive to join their Marketing team. This is a hands‑on role where you'll shape the brand's voice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook and turning community energy into growth, leads and measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
* Manage social content & campaigns: Execute platform‑specific strategies, create and publish content, and deliver engaging multimedia assets with internal and external creatives.
* Own community & channel management: manage daily posting, respond to comments/DMs, and stay ahead across trends, competitors and category movement.
* Measure, report & optimise: track key performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve content, engagement and results.
What we're looking for
* 3+ years' social media/digital content experience with strong brand instinct, great copy, and creative execution.
* Data‑driven and organised, confident with analytics, scheduling tools, CMS/CRM, and managing stakeholders or external partners.
* Passionate about fitness and community‑led brands, with the ability to adapt quickly and deliver high‑quality content.
