About You
Our successful applicant will have exceptional organisational and communications skills with the ability to multitask on a daily basis
Secretarial or receptionist experience preferred (medical administration an advantage)
Previous experience with S4S Audit 4 software program would be an advantage but full training will be provided
Effective and professional communication both oral and written
Display initiative with a flexible and committed attitude
About The Role
Duties include:
* Provide high level secretarial support to our specialist doctors
* Managing patient appointments and enquiries
* Answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
* Greeting and assisting patients
* Responding to emails
* Liaising with hospitals, referrers and other healthcare providers
* Issuing invoices and receipts, processing Medicare claims, account enquiries, banking
