Behaviour Support Practitioner: Making a Difference in the Lives of Others

We are looking for experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide supports to cover NDIS participants living in various areas.
Your role will involve assisting NDIS participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning. You will evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners. We offer flexible working arrangements, excellent remuneration, true work-life balance, career progression and continuous professional development opportunities.
To be considered suitable, you will have current suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, report writing experience, experience in mentoring and supervising other Behaviour Support Practitioners, excellent time management and organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
