ABOUT US

We are a multi-faceted facility services company providing commercial building, grounds and cleaning maintenance. We take on both small and large commercial contracts including ad hoc and projects.

Our company is growing quickly and constantly evolving. We respect all team members equally whether they are the people on the ground or the people in the office, making sure the work is facilitated to be on time and on budget.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an honest and reliable team member with a fantastic work ethic, to fulfil an admin position in our fast-paced Coolum Beach Head Office.

This role is dynamic, and tasks will be across all areas of Admin including Service, Finance, Marketing, Social Media, HR and Compliance.

Training will be provided, however great IT skills are essential in this role and experience in the following will be a significant advantage.

- AroFlo experience or a similar platform such as ServiceM8, Simpro, Tradify etc
- Outlook email and calendar management
- MS Office 365 suite especially SharePoint, Excel, Word, Teams
- 60+ wpm typing speed

Programs used in our office include the following, experience in using them will be an advantage.

- AroFlo
- SafetyCulture
- Asana
- Bitwarden
- Dext
- Xero
- Adobe Acrobat

This position would suit an admin professional who picks up computer systems and different software platforms extremely quickly and can hit the ground running.

You will take direction and feedback from the Business Manager, Operations Manager and the Managing Director of the company.

ASAP start is preferred.

No Weekends, office hours are Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

This is an in-office role, no work from home will be considered.

Salary is based of skills and experience and what you bring to the team.

CONSIDERATIONS

- Outstanding technology and computing skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Great time management and organisational skills are a must
- Have a can-do, productive outcome based attitude
- Current police clearance certificate or ability to obtain one
- Current First Aid
- Own reliable transport to factory/office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluent in English
- Great phone manner
- Be adaptable to fluctuations in workload, resources and tasks
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently either independently or as part of a team and still have fun

- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Lightroom
- After Effects
- Premier Pro
- Social Media - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Xero
- AI Tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
