Job Description



Our company is seeking a seasoned Commercial/Industrial Sales & Leasing Manager to lead our in-house marketing, sales, and leasing efforts for our strata commercial and industrial portfolio. This role involves building relationships with external agents, ensuring exceptional execution across all project marketing, sales, and leasing initiatives, and driving absorption across a significant pipeline of developments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the end-to-end marketing, sales, and leasing process for our commercial and industrial strata projects.

* Manage enquiry pipelines, conduct inspections, negotiate deals, and progress transactions to contract stage and completion.

* Oversee and coordinate external marketing consultants and sales and leasing agents who may also be appointed to various projects, ensuring KPIs, brand standards, and pricing strategies are upheld.

* Implement and manage marketing, sales, and leasing strategies, pricing, stage releases, and marketing funnels.

* Develop deep product knowledge across all projects to educate buyers, tenants, and stakeholders.

* Drive sales and leasing performance to achieve project absorption targets and revenue objectives.

* Manage and contribute to project marketing, including digital campaigns, signage, collateral, and agent briefs.

* Provide regular reporting to senior management on enquiry levels, deal status, market trends, and competitor activity.

* Build and nurture strong relationships with local agents, investors, owner-occupiers, and commercial tenants.

* Represent us professionally at inspections, project launches, stakeholder meetings, and industry functions.



About You:

Successful candidates will possess a minimum 2 years' experience in commercial or industrial property marketing, sales, and/or leasing. Bonus consideration will be given to candidates with experience in strata industrial project sales or leasing, particularly across SEQ. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial/industrial market, buyer profiles, and tenant drivers. They should be a confident negotiator with demonstrated ability to close deals and manage pipelines.
