Store Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail team in Myer Bendigo concession stores.
About the Role:
* Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build meaningful relationships, and promote loyalty programs.
* Sales Performance Management: Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and store displays.
* Visual Merchandising Expertise: Design visually appealing store layouts, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
* Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members, as well as manage scheduling and rosters.
About You:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in fashion retail leadership.
* Concession management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
* Demonstrated excellence in sales skills and previous experience exceeding targets.
* Strong leadership and management skills, including previous experience managing high-performing teams.
