The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Operations Supervisor who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing or building materials environments.
You’ll take ownership of site operations, ensuring products are manufactured, picked, and delivered on time, in full (DIFOT), and to exact specification, while driving safety, performance, and team engagement.
If you come from roofing, cladding, steel, aluminium, or broader construction materials, this role will feel like a natural next step.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Lead a safety-first culture, proactively identifying and eliminating risks
* Drive daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets through clear communication and toolbox talks
* Oversee production, warehousing, and dispatch to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery
* Optimise labour and resources to meet productivity and cost targets
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team
* Ensure all products meet strict quality and specification standards
* Monitor equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and safe operation practices
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, capacity, and output across the site
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and productivity
* Maintain strong communication with internal teams and customers to ensure service excellence
Salary and Benefits
Base $100k - $110k + Super 12% + Bonus (10% of Salary)
