We're looking for an experienced
Food & Beverage Service Manager
to lead our F&B operations, inspire our team and deliver outstanding service across all guest touchpoints.
About The Role
Reporting to the
Operations Manager
, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing F&B team
* Driving service excellence in line with voco and IHG brand standards
* Managing labour, stock, costs and budgets
* Driving revenue initiatives and upselling opportunities
* Ensuring compliance with WH&S, HACCP and IHG policies
* Delivering exceptional guest experiences and loyalty engagement
About You
* Minimum 3 years' supervisory/management experience in Food & Beverage
* Diploma in Hotel Management (Bachelor's degree preferred)
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for service
* RSA, RSG and Senior First Aid certified
* Commercially minded with strong operational capability
